The measurement is taken around the fullest part of your upper arm. To estimate this, you can measure around your upper arm where it is fullest, typically around the bicep area. - Waist :
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose. - Hips :
Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your leg.
