To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:
Chest :
Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms, and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
Across Back:
Measurement from one shoulder seam to the other across the back of the body. To estimate this, you can measure from the edge of one shoulder where it meets your arm, across the back, to the edge of the other shoulder.
Around Arm:
The measurement is taken around the fullest part of your upper arm. To estimate this, you can measure around your upper arm where it is fullest, typically around the bicep area.
Waist :
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Thigh :
Wrap the tape around the widest part of your thigh, keeping it snug but not tight. Measure and record.
